Are you feeling stuck? Feeling like no matter what you do you can’t seem to break habits and patterns that are affecting your personal life and relationships? I know how frustrating this can be and am here to help you to get to the root of what is making breaking those habits so difficult! I’m a dig deep therapist who helps you uncover the underlying causes and to work through them to start to truly heal. Many say they’ve never had a therapist who works like I do, and have come to me after years of unsuccessful attempts at change.

I use Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I work with you to determine which approach will be best suited for you.

Let’s work together to help you break free from the limits you’re experiencing and live a full and content life. I offer free 10 minute consultations via phone or can be contacted via email if you have any questions about services.

Hi, my name is Kelsey. I am a registered psychotherapist who practices EMDR therapy and brainspotting therapy. I believe in using a bottoms-up experiential approach in therapy. I believe in softly engaging parts of our bodies that hold our experiences. I enjoy practicing parts work, polyvagal theory, somatic processing with elements of cognitive-behavioural, dialectical behavioural and solution-focus approaches. Throughout my 10-years of experience, I have provided supports for various mental health concerns and have focused my education on sexual violence, complex childhood traumas, anxiety-related disorders.

I have experience working with various age demographics but am most suitable for adults. I focus on a wide range of trauma experiences and abuse, adverse childhood experiences and the impacts they have on understanding our world, relationships, and ourselves. I also focus on anxiety, obsessive-compulsions, and binge eating. My goal is to help my clients become compassionate towards understanding themselves and their parts, and to confidently explore their reality and find self-discovery.
